OVERVIEW
Our team jumped at the opportunity to update the Master Plan for Eastman Park in Windsor, Colorado. The effort involved alignment with the Northern Integrated Supply Project (NISP) team of water engineers and environmental consultants, integration of a prior master plan and programming, costing for budget allocation, and final visualizations.
Scope of Work
Development of a site program to align with the existing master plan for the south portion of the park
Work within a scheme of environmental offsets required by the NISP agreement
Create a vision based on staff input and site dynamics
Estimate costs for budgeting and prioritization
Produce graphics to support budgeting and grant applications
