Arapahoe : From The Field Video 7

Our latest From The Field video is online for the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. The project has suffered some setbacks due to the unusually rainy month of May. The weather has since turned dry and warm so the crews are at top speed getting back on track. There is a big push to get the Central Green area ready for the County Fair July 23-26.

The project has transitioned from earthwork to above ground finished work. The project has been delayed by an unusually wet and cold month of May.

The earthwork phase of construction has begun, and there is a lot of activity at the site. Landform is a major component of the park design, and it's very exciting to see it taking shape.  R.E. Monks is busy moving large amount of dirt across the site to sculpt the land.

Arapahoe: From The Field Video 4

We have another Update From The Field ready for the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds project. This episode looks more at the well construction process and analyzing the well profile. Drilling is complete and they now begin profiling the well and working on water development.

Rob is working on a parklet Kickstarter in Raleigh, NC

Rob has been busy back in Raleigh, NC. His latest adventure is a parklet initiated by some of his friends and students in Landscape Architecture at NCSU. Their Kickstarter project met the goal with the help of a local businesses and community support. They're going for a stretch goal now, and you can help!

This project is helping to spark and change the character of one of downtown Raleigh's man thoroughfares.
