Design Concepts is essentially creating a "town from scratch" for Lochbuie, Colorado. Applying the best in contemporary community design to what has been a successful mobile home community will transform 600+ acres into a park-centered, mixed-use community with public space fronting most houses. The community will be connected by green space as much as by the road system. A variety of housing types, designed by some of the best national builders, will form a diverse community.
