| Description: | Sunflower Meadows, a 16.4 acre parcel of the original Bromley Park land, contains + 180 units made up of 150 single family attached dwellings and 30 single family "flats". Houses range in size from 1,100 s.f. to 2,300 s.f. and will be built by local Colorado builders. Buyers can choose from alley or street loaded garages, but all have decreased setbacks in the front with porches. Design Concepts worked with the owner, BLM Enterprises, to provide site planning and the overall landscaping. All the landscaped areas will be maintained by a Homeowner's Association, and were designed with plants that require minimal water. With easy access to I-76, residents will also benefit from the close proximity to the Brighton CEC K-8 Charter School, neighborhood parks and sport courts, and proposed commercial/business center(s). | ||
