| Description: | The planning of the Altamira property is a collaborative effort between Design Concepts, the owner (the Wenzel family), and the developer (Bromley Co. LLC). Amenities will include neighborhood parks, trails, a central park with a school, and connections with Blue Lakes Subdivision to the north via traffic circulation, trails and parks. The 250 acres are broken down into 353 Ω-acre lots, to 911 1/3-acre lots, depending on market demand. The majority of the site drainage will be handled outside of gutters, piping and culverts. Guidelines are being developed to outline certain design standards and to create a "green" community according to Green Building Council standards. | ||
