The school boasts a formal entry plaza with colorful plantings, and the view into the school is centered on South Tamarac Street. There are age-separated play areas for early childhood education, as well as, primary and intermediate aged children. The softball and soccer field provide opportunities for organized activities. A pocket park on the schoolÃs southeast corner invites the neighborhood to gather, and gives the school children an informal amphitheater for activities. Lowry Elementary School opened in Fall 2002. | ||
