| Description: | Design Concepts completed a Master Plan for Rifle's Centennial Park. The City's centennial birthday was August 2005, at which the final plan was dedicated. Public meetings were held to gather comments from the residents. The theme of "Time" is reflected throughout the site which runs along Rifle Creek. Interpretive signage of Rifle's history are placed along the trails. Shelters, a fitness course and a large community green for large gatherings will also be featured. | ||
