In January 2009, Design Concepts began working with the City of Centennial towards the development of a Master Plan for their 11 acre Civic Center Park which is contiguous with their existing City Hall. The City's primary goal is to develop a program and Master Plan for the site through an extensive series of public meetings. Our scope included inventory, site analysis, programming, and public input. Additionally, Design Concepts prepared three conceptual Master Plan alternatives for input from the public and City representatives. From these concepts, a final Master Plan was completed, along with assisting the City in the preparation of a GoCO Grant to help secure funding for the park's construction. Final approval by the City Council is expected in November 2009.
